We want you to love your Disaster Draft experience. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — it never replaces or limits them.

🇦🇺 Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply regardless of the change-of-mind conditions below.

😅 Changed your mind?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a change-of-mind return. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Change-of-mind return postage is paid by you, and the original shipping charge isn't refundable. We recommend a tracked service — we can't process a return we never receive.

📦 How to start a return

Email us at DisasterDraftGame@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to do, and we'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — unapproved returns can't be accepted.

💥 Faulty, damaged, or wrong item

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If it's defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email us straight away (photos help). Where you're entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, and we'll cover the cost of returning the item. The original-packaging and unused conditions above do not apply to faulty-item claims.

🛑 Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Email us before your order is dispatched and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to swap for something else is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order.

🚫 Change-of-mind exclusions

For change-of-mind returns only, we can't accept gift cards or sale items. Faulty items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law, even if they were discounted.

💸 Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card provider may need extra time to show it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you still haven't seen your refund, email DisasterDraftGame@gmail.com.

🇪🇺 EU customers — 14-day cooling-off

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
