You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
✅ Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:

⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Check your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, email us immediately so we can fix it.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

🔄 Exchanges
Want something different? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must still be in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:
