Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Australia: shipping is free Australia-wide.
International: shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your destination and chosen method.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control. A delay on its own doesn't entitle you to cancel an order, but your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take care to pack and dispatch every order safely. If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, please contact us — where the Australian Consumer Law applies, we'll work with you and the carrier to put it right with a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. If a carrier has confirmed delivery to your address and the package is then lost or taken, this is generally outside our control, but please still get in touch and we'll help where we can. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order — we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for any reshipping costs.

International Shipping (including the EU)

We ship worldwide. For international orders — including orders delivered to the European Union — your shipment may be subject to customs inspections, import VAT, duties, and carrier handling fees charged by the destination country once it arrives. Unless a tax is shown as collected at checkout, these charges are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the item price or shipping charge.

EU customers: if your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order — see our Return & Refund Policy for details. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
