Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days  after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control

• Lost or stolen packages after they have been handed to the carrier

• Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country

Risk of loss passes to you once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
