Cancellation policy
Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Some Disaster Draft products may be offered as a pre-order, a subscription, or try before you buy. This policy explains how to change or cancel these kinds of purchases. It applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and sits alongside our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order reserves a product that isn't in stock yet — such as an upcoming expansion pack, the Chaos Card add-on, or other game-adjacent items — and ships at a later, estimated date shown on the product page.
- Depending on the product, we may take full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment at checkout, and charge any balance when the item is ready to ship. This is shown before you order.
- Release and ship dates are estimates, not guarantees. If a pre-order is significantly delayed we'll email you, and you can keep it or cancel for a full refund.
- You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund of anything you've paid — just email DisasterDraftGame@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once a pre-order has shipped, it's treated as a normal order under our Return & Refund Policy.
- If your order contains both a pre-order and in-stock items, we'll ship the in-stock items straight away and send your pre-order once it's released — unless you ask us to hold and ship together.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you're charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term — the renewal terms are shown clearly at checkout. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time: your order confirmation emails include a link to manage it, or email us at DisasterDraftGame@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future deliveries and charges; deliveries you've already received are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a "try before you buy" item, we authorise (but don't immediately charge) your payment method before sending it. You'll have a set trial period to decide whether to keep it. If you don't return it within that period and in the stated condition, we charge your payment method the full amount. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply throughout.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card provider may take extra time to show it.
Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they will be supplied within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
